The Administrative Employee management & Training Department is active in:
- The identification and registration of the training needs of administrative employees.
- The design of the Training Program for administrative employees.
- The formulation and implementation of the Training Program according to the Annual Program.
- The discovery of funds for the OAED for Training Programs for administrative employees
Depending on their position, the administrative employees follow a series of training programs organized within the company or by external associates.
The Company places major emphasis on training and providing specialized skills to its staff and associates in the context of the ever-increasing requirements of the insurance sector. The European Union Directive on Insurance Intermediation renders additional training necessary and increases the Company's obligation to provide continuous training for its staff and associates.Training for the Company's human resources focuses on two main issues:
The first relates to the training of the Agencies managers, insurance consultants and agents.
The second relates to the training of the trainee Insurance Consultants at the Company's Training Center, which is recognized and certified by the Ministry of Development. This center operates on a permanent basis in Athens while also organizing the training programs in Thessaloniki and other areas of Greece.
Specifically, during 2007 the Company’s Department of Training Insurance Consultants trained 515 Insurance consultants. |
